The final ‘Justice League’ trailer finds the DC superheroes reunited to stop the end of the world

Do these trailers really still want us to believe that Superman is actually dead? Come on.

As promised earlier this week, Warner Bros. delivered an action-packed new trailer for Justice League this morning ahead of today’s New York Comic Con Panel and it offers up what is perhaps our best look at the upcoming superhero ensemble featuring Batman (Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), The Flash (Ezra Miller), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), and Cyborg (Ray Fisher).

Following the events of last year’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the next chapter in the DC Extended Universe follows Bruce Wayne and his newfound ally Diana Prince as they work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against a newly awakened threat that has the power to reign an assault of catastrophic proportions onto the planet.

Now that Joss Whedon has completed putting his own finishing touches on what Zack Snyder originally started, we were expecting to see a bit of a shift in the tone of Justice League‘s marketing campaign, but that certainly doesn’t seem to be the case with this final trailer that is likely to be our last look at the DC superhero movie (with the exception of TV spots) until it hits the big screen in just a little more than one month’s time.

Justice League also stars Amy Adams, J.K. Simmons, Ciaran Hinds, Robin Wright, Amber Heard, Kiersey Clemons, and Jesse Eisenberg, and will open in theaters on November 17, 2017.
