2 New Co-Hosts on ‘The View,’ Season 26


After a recent guest host stint, including Elisabeth Hasselbeck’s return this week, The View has officially confirmed two new hosts — though they will be quite familiar to show viewers. Whoopi Goldberg, the panel moderator, announced on Thursday that Ana Navarro (and Alyssa farah Griffin) were confirmed as full time hosts along with Joy Behar and Sunny Hostin for the upcoming Season 26.

Both the panelists and the hosts have made a good impression on audiences, so it’s not surprising that they chose to give permanent seats to the pair. According to a report from The Washington Post,Brian Teta, executive producer, praised Griffin for his participation in the “conservative seat”And that her political experience as a former Trump staffer will help bring a “unique”Perspective to the difficult debates she has with her guests and co-hosts “both sides of the aisle.”

Griffin expressed excitement at the announcement. “If anyone had ever told me I’d be sitting at a table with Whoopi Goldberg, I would have said, ‘You are crazy.’ It is such an honor to be with you ladies every day on this set, and it’s particularly exciting for me today,”Griffin spoke during the segment in which Goldberg introduced Griffin. “I was trying to come up with the word to describe how I feel about this, and ‘honored’ is all that comes to mind.”

Griffin admits to the daytime show “paved the way for women speaking up and speaking out”On TV. “At a time when our country is so divided, often on partisan lines, I’m honored to represent the conservative perspective,”She continued. “I hope to model what is too often lost by our elected leaders: learning from others, disagreeing respectfully, and focusing on finding real solutions for our country.”
