After Shirley Ballas offered to stand in, Strictly Come Dancing fans have been begging Cynthia Erivo, West End star and judge, to take her place. “honest”Scores and critique
After Craig Revel Horwood tested positive for Covid-19 earlier in the week, Cynthia took over for him. Fans were thrilled.
Fans were even curious as to how the BBC got the Wicked star to be a judge on the popular TV show.
Tom Fletcher and his professional partner Amy Dowden took to the floor to dance their Couple’s Choice dance to the heartbreak anthem On My Own from Les Misérables.

Tom was emotional while discussing the dance and he dedicated it to Carrie Hope Fletcher, his sister who performs in the West End.
Tom and Amy danced along to the emotional, well-known song and fans were more than impressed – but some of the judges weren’t.
Cynthia expressed her desire for more heartfelt and emotional responses from Tom.
Shirley and Motsi agreed with Shirley, and feel that Tom needs to release his emotions like he did before the VT.

Cynthia, Shirley, and Anton each gave the couple an 8.
Tom and Amy scored a total of 31, with most fans agreeing with Cynthia’s ‘honest’ critique – although some thought it was ‘harsh’.
One Twitter user posted this: “Cynthia proving that you are allowed to give lower than an 8 if you genuinely thought the routine was lacking. Which the others did. I’m here for the more honest marking.”

Another thought: “Can we get rid of Shirley & have Cynthia forever?”
Someone else wrote this: “Cynthia has been the fairest judge so far! I like the feedback and scoring!”
A fourth penned: “Cynthia telling Tom she didn’t buy the emotion, let her stay forever.”
However, a fifth stated: “Honestly can Cynthia stay every week forget Anton or Bruno make Cynthia a judge.”
