After the Roy Jones Jr fight, Mike Tyson’s career in boxing could be over.

Mike Tyson said that his boxing career could be over as he claims he is still not paid the full amount for his exhibition fight with Roy Jones Jr.

Tyson, 55 years old, returned to the ring after a 15 year absence. He fought eight rounds with Jones Jr., 53.

The fight was billed as “Lockdown Knockdown,” was promised to bank the former undisputed heavyweight champion a minimum of $10million (£7.4million) and reportedly generated 1.6 million purchases via pay-per-view.

Tyson claimed that even though the clash took place 14 month ago, he owes Triller a large chunk of the fight purse.

Iron Mike’s planned “Legends Only League” partnership, the American video-sharing firm handled distribution of pay per view platforms for Jones Jr.’s fight.

Triller They have confirmed that they have paid Tyson full, with a paycheque of $25m (£18.5m), and that they own the rights to broadcast his next event.

Tyson has cut all ties and is now unlikely to fight Triller in an exhibition bout.

Appearing on “Full Send Podcast”Tyson, along with UFC President Dana White claimed that he is in a difficult situation over whether he can return to the ring.

“Most of it,”White asked Tyson about whether he had been paid for Jone Jr.’s fight.

“But there’s still a bunch that’s held up and I can’t even say anything about this. Yeah, it was really tricky.”

White responded: “Yeah, that’s what they should call it. Tricky instead of Triller.”
