Tielemans tells Arsenal to join

Former England international forward Darren Bent thinks Youri Tielemans is a perfect signing for this summer’s Gunners.

The Belgian international is one of the most prominent playmakers in Premier League at Leicester City in recent years, but his time at King Power Stadium seems to be ending.

Tielemans still has one year on his contract, so it is likely that he will be released this summer to allow Leicester to recoup transfer funds. Bent, a former Tottenham striker believes that he would be a great fit for the Gunners.

“If he was to leave, I would like him to come to Arsenal,”He said. “I really like him, Youri Tielemans. I think he is a very good player, he starts in that Belgium team as well. He has got good quality to him. I think he fits in at Arsenal nicely, I really do.”

Arsenal make Bellerin decision

Arsenal will not release Hector Bellerin from the club’s contract, according to reports. This could prevent a possible switch to Real Betis.

The Andalusia loaned the full-back the previous season and he developed strong friendships with them. Betis is now ready to push for permanent deals and they were hoping Arsenal would allow him to leave on a free.

The 27-year old may have to wait as Arsenal is not prepared to let Bellerin go. Arteta is looking to improve his squad and it seems that every penny is important for the Gunners.

Arsenal can avoid the January error

According to many reports, the Gunners were interested at signing Dusan Velhovic in January. But Juventus was able to make a deal for the forward with Fiorentina.

Some Gunners have lamented the club’s apparent indifference when it came down to a deal. However, Gabriel Jesus might be something they can approach with patience this summer.

Arteta believes that the Manchester City man would be one of his top choices to lead, but he is currently overseas on duty with Brazil, so any decision regarding his future remains uncertain. Another option is available to the Gunners at the top.

“Arteta can afford to wait for his top target – and that’s mainly because of the emergence of Eddie Nketiah,” wrote Dan Marsh. “After bagging five goals in seven games, Nketiah has proven that he is capable of playing a bigger role for Arsenal next year; even if that doesn’t necessarily mean that he’ll automatically be Arteta’s main man.

“Arsenal has a competent deputy who can score regularly, which takes some heat off Arteta while he waits for Jesus.
