Beyoncé’s $42M Bel-Air Hilltop Mansion: Peek Inside

The commercial’s beautiful setting is however the main star. The Orum House in Bel-Air, a gorgeous hilltop modern mansion on the hilltop of Bel-Air was used for filming. The photos allow fans to see the inside of the home, which is shaped like a propeller.

Guests can stay in the guesthouse called “The Cube,”The property also has four additional bedrooms. This property can also be furnished completely with carefully selected works of fine art.

Beyonce isn’t calling the Orum HouseShe does not live at home but she does reside in Bel Air. The “Formation”Jay-Z and singer Jay-Z have a $90 million mega-mansion in the area. Blue Ivy, their 9-year-old daughter, and Rumi, her 4-year old twins, share the home with Jay-Z and Blue Ivy. Blue Ivy is the second-youngest person ever to win a Grammy Award. Beyonce’s Tiffany & Co. commercial was directed by Emmanuel Adjei and is titled About Love. In the commercial, she was the first Black woman to sport the 128.54-carat Tiffany Diamond. When Tiffany announced the new partnershipJay-Z and Beyonce were among the celebrities who announced that they would donate $2 million to Historically Black Colleges and Universities for scholarship and internship programs.
