Brentwood is home to the late comedian’s six-bedroom and six-and-a half bathroom house. It has been added to the list for $7.7 million—with his nephew, Adam SagetCompass handling the sale. Adam tells E! The news that his uncle was “very into tech”Elan was the original builder of the estate. “smart house controls and automation throughout the home.”
Modern amenities aside, the property also includes a warm and inviting foyer, two-story living space, an eat–in kitchen, and spacious dining area with stone fireplace. The upstairs features a primary suite and three guest bedrooms, along with a large terrace and a spa. A pool, spa, and barbecue area are located outside the main house.
The property grounds also boasts a grand motor court, three-car garage and a separate guest house with a full bathroom.
The listing of the home comes days before the premiere of Bob Saget: A TributeA Netflix special celebrating the occasion Full House actor’s life in comedy. Bob died at the age of 65 on Jan. 9 after performing a stand-up comedy set in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., a day prior.
