Thomas Tuchel, Chelsea manager, is searching for a new forward. Romelu Lukaku, Belgian striker is about to complete a season-long loan deal to Inter Milan
According to reports, Chelsea’s stars told Thomas Tuchel that they want Richarlison to replace Romelu Lupaku.
After last season’s disappointing campaign under Tuchel, the Belgian international will be re-join Inter Milan for a season-long loan. He’s scored just eight Premier League goals for the Blues since his £97.5million move from Inter last August.
Inter have agreed a £7m loan fee with Chelsea for Lukaku and he’s accepted a huge pay cut to make the move happen – with his weekly wage dropping from £325,000 to £210,000. He scored 64 goals in 95 games during his Inter spell.

Richarlison scored 53 goals in the Toffees’ 152 games since joining in the summer 2018. Richarlison played an important role in Frank Lampard’s Premier League side last season, scoring the winner of the 1-0 home win against Chelsea.
Richarlison is a well-respected international who will likely lead Brazil’s World Cup bid. Richarlison was part of the team that won the Copa America in 2019, and the Gold medal at the Olympics in Japan last summer. Brazil is one of the favourites for the World Cup.

Chelsea are thought to be exploring a range of attacking options as a result of Lukaku’s impending departure. This includes Ousmane Debele from Barcelona and Raheem sterling, Manchester City’s ace. Richarlison seems to be the squad’s top-choice target.
The Brazilian is rumoured to want to leave Everton, and a move would allow him to play Champions League soccer at Stamford Bridge. His current deal gives him two years. Richarlison played previously for America Mineiro Fluminense and Watford.
After Marina Granovskaia’s departure, Tuchel will likely have more control over transfers this summer. After weeks of speculation, Chelsea has officially confirmed that the transfer guru will be leaving Stamford Bridge this Summer.
This announcement comes less than a month after Todd Boehly and his consortium purchased the Premier League club. Bruce Buck, a long-serving chairman will also step down. Boehly will be the interim sporting director as a new hierarchy is created.
