Dec Donnelly slammed Boris Johnson for his ‘forgive’ gaffe on Tonight’s I’m A Celebrity.
As he addressed business leaders at CBI, the presenter referred to the Prime Minister’s awkward speech. He lost his place for 20 second before rambling on about Peppa Pig in the strange speech.
Dec and Ant were completing a link between the scenes when Ant started to fumble with his notes. “forgive me”He fiddled with the paper multiple times.
Ant said: “Well that cake went down well didn’t it? And the way Richard described it – my tastebuds are joining into a harmonious chorus of joy,” before Dec interjected, adding: “It was pure poetry.”
“It was a symphony of sugary sensation. It was a culinary confection beyond your wildest dreams,”Dec continues.
“It was a waltz through a galaxy of formidable flavours,”Ant added: “Where do we get it?”
Dec checked his notes then, exclaiming that it was written somewhere. He then fumbled with the papers and said “Forgive me multiple times” before adding: “We got it in Poundland in Rhyl.”
As the scenes unfolded, viewers were filled with laughter.
Another comment: “Ant and Dec were so quick on Forgive Me from Boris earlier #ImACeleb.”

Boris’ speech went sour after he seemed to lose his place while addressing business leaders. Boris spent 20 seconds going through his notes before he finally gave up and said ‘forgive me’.
He continued to inquire why the business leaders hadn’t been to Peppa Pig World, located approximately 330 mi from South Shields.
