Declan Rice keeps growing after moving up through the ranks at West Ham and becoming one the Premier League’s most talented midfielders.
Rice, 22, joined West Ham after being released by Chelsea’s academy. He made his debut as a 17-year-old and has since played 50 games before turning 19.
Rice enjoyed an outstanding summer with England in their amazing Euro 2020 run. West Ham has taken third place this season.
The club was expecting the midfielder to flourish after it was revealed that he left West Ham’s team-mates in awe when he was 17 years old.

Aaron Cresswell signed for West Ham in 2014. He has seen the rise of Rice and made himself a regular first-team player. In a conversation with Jamie Redknapp, Cresswell spoke about his “unbelievable” teammate.
Cresswell declared: “I know I play with him so I’m not going to sit here and say otherwise, but he is unbelievable. I remember a pre-season game, against Rubin Kazan in 2016. Slaven Bilic was manager and he brought on this 17-year-old called Declan Rice.
“I can recall him giving the ball away in order to score a goal. What was his reaction? He was screaming for it right from the start. He was so confident that he could let it go.

“He wanted the ball and to take authority of the game. For someone of that age to do that was unbelievable.”
Rice is now West Ham’s main man in the midfield and regularly drives David Moyes’ side forward, and Chelsea will regret letting the midfielder go after the Hammers boss said that ‘£100million for Rice would be a bargain’.
Manchester United and Chelsea were both linked to Rice’s move, but they will have pay a large fee to acquire the England international who is at the London Stadium in the form of his career.
