According to Page SixSami shared a TikTok Video in September 2021. It seemed that Sami was referring to her mother’s living arrangements as being “trapped in an abusive household.”
The video—which has since been made private, according to the outlet—included a video of Sami looking upset.
A caption was added to the clip: “1 year ago today: trapped in an abusive household, hated myself, would go days without eating or sleeping, insanely depressed, hated school, etc…”
A new clip of Sami in the video then showed Sami looking happy. It was paired with new words. “now: finally moved out of the hell house, had a spiritual awakening, own 2 cats, happy single, full of self love, and dropped out of high school :).”
It seems that the couple has made progress in repairing their relationship. Denise and Sami shared a birthday tribute in March. Instagram.
