There are many satisfying sounds that you can make, from the crunch and click of a pen to the dead leaf hitting your feet, to the sound of a pen clicking. One TikTok user recently introduced the younger generation to the satisfying sound of clackers, the aptly named ’70s toy that makes a resounding “clack”When used. Why Clackers were Taken off The Market
Clackers, also known by Ker-Bangers or Clankers, were first introduced to the market in the 1960s. The toy consists of two large balls that are attached by a long rope. The rope can be swung to cause the balls to hit each other. “clack.”
Original Clacker was made of glass balls. Unsurprisingly, injuries were a result. The glass balls eventually began to shatter, sending glass fragments flying at the player. Clackers were relaunched in 2004 with plastic balls.
