Dr Pimple Popper laughed at a cyst that made a rude sound “farting” noise – as seen in some footage she recently shared with fans.
A clip from her @drpimplepopperTikTok account Wednesday, October 13: A dermatologist treats a patient with an unusually large bump on his shoulder. This is larger than a golf ball.
Sandra Lee MD, Dr Pimple Popper says the bump is actually a lipoma, which is more fat-filled than a pus-filled cyst.
She is open to admitting that she isn’t 100% certain and wears her splash guard just in case.
Dr Lee places a needle in the patient’s hand and then tells him: “I feel safer about numbing you up here without it getting us but I’m still going to put my mask on because you never know.”

“It’s when you don’t have it that you regret it,”She continues:
Dr Lee makes a small incision on the bump. Yellow fluid immediately comes out of it.
The liquid makes a wet farting sound and the dermatologist tells it: “Get me a basin please.”
The cyst then flows into a metal basin, where it becomes a lumpy mixture between grey sludge & blood.
She says it looks like porridge, and she jokes about it. “We just need some brown sugar or something, some cinnamon.”

Dr Lee laughs and then begins to cut out the cyst’s cavity so that it doesn’t fill up again.
This is when you hear a loud squelching sound.
“Oh excuse you,” says Dr Lee. “That was you. That was a cyst poot.”
She explains: “A cyst poot is sometimes when you remove contents from the skin and the skin is a little bit floppy it can make noises.”
Dr Lee later admitted: “The reason I thought it was a lipoma was because I could not imagine a cyst being that big and on his shoulder.”
The video was seen 6 million times. Thousands of people commented on the video, many shocked by what they saw. “poot” noise.
One user commented: “His arm farted.”
“Nah it’s the squishy sounds that are killing me,”Confessions to a second viewer
Someone else said it: “Throwing up right now but I can’t look away.”
