A GoFundMe page was created to assist Jordan in her final arrangements and future care for her six-month old daughter. LylaAccording to the family, MTV’s MTV alum had struggled before her death with addiction.
“Addiction plagues many families, and our family was not immune to it,”The page was created by the Cashmyers and went online Jan. 24, “Jordan was always so full of life and full of personality. She had a way of always making those around her laugh and smile, and her smile was truly contagious. Our family is heartbroken, and we will forever miss Jordan.”
The family revealed that Jordan was struggling with substance abuse and Lyla’s father lost his battle with addiction.
