Fans of “Sons of Anarchy,” Mourn William Lucking.

Recently, it was reported that Sons of AnarchyWilliam Lucking, a star of old-school biker Piney Winston, has died at the age 80. Lucking, who was best known for his role as Piney Winston the old-school biker, died in Las Vegas on Oct. 18. Since the news broke, Sons of AnarchyFans shared their sorrow over Lucking’s passing. 

Sigrid Insull Lucking Lucking was Lucking’s wife and confirmed his passing via an obituary. This was published on Facebook. The obituary read, “Although William often played tough and strong men, in his actual life he was an elegant man with a brilliant intellect who loved to argue about politics and current affairs, discuss philosophy and physics, and assert fine-pointed opinions about art and poetry.”The statement went on: “He was a giant of a man with the soul of a poet, one who “contained…a tension in his being…like an unstable boulder on a hill…or an expanding balloon towards its maximum.” as one friend put it.”

Fans were shocked to hear of Lucking’s passing. Fans shared their condolences on social media immediately after the news was announced.
