I’m a Celeb fans are shocked to see DJ Naughty Boy lying when he claims he won a Grammy

I’m a Celebrity… Get Me out of Here! Fans are certain that they have seen Naughty Boy make a naughty blunder during the 2021 series premiere.

He was joined by Louise Minchin, ex-BBC Breakfast presenter – who quickly admitted to him that she is a huge fan of his music.

They were soon assigned to the annual walk the plansk challenge. Naughty Boy took on Snoochie Shy, and after failing to press his button, he was sent plummeting into air before his harness caught up with him.

Naughty Boy said that he had won a Grammy, but he was only nominated once.

He was nominated for Album Of The Year in 2014 for In The Lonely Hour. But he didn’t win.

His mistake was quickly pointed out by Twitter users, who posted one post: “Not Naughty Boy calling himself a Grammy award winner! #ImACeleb.”

Someone else quickly replied: “CRYING!”

As another viewer said: “Why did Naughty Boy say he won a Grammy? LMAO!”A screenshot of his Grammy history shows that he has only one nomination.

Another fan wrote it sarcastically. “Naughty Boy may have won a Grammy… but not Red Light Green Light!”

However, the star has been honored with several awards throughout his extensive career, including two MOBO Awards as well as two Brit Asia Television Music Awards nominations.

Naughty Boy was also certain he had won the first challenge. He faced Snoochie Shy in walk the plank.

The Grammy nomination was made for the star, but she didn’t win.

Ant and Dec were about to announce the winner. Naughty Boy could still be heard whispering to his self: “It’s me.”

He was confident as he said Snoochie would be the first to fall into the abyss.

He lost his harness and was the one to lose, so he was in the losing side of the challenge.

Naughty Boy might now be a very successful musician and record-producer, but it wasn’t his initial career path.

He actually first appeared on a TV game show back in 2007, when he starred in the Noel Edmonds fronted Deal Or No Deal and beat the banker to win £44,000.

According to reports, the impressive prize-pot helped him upgrade his music production setup from a garden shed in his backyard to an Ealing-based studio located in West London.

I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Outside! Tomorrow at 9pm on ITV, the series will continue.
