I’m A Celebrity fan were uneasy about Richard Madeley’s comment on cake after their second day at camp.
While the celebs are only just arriving at Gwrych Castle, ITV viewers have been concerned about hunger issues for the stars.
Arlene Phillips was with Good Morning Britain’s anchor during Monday’s premiere of Monday’s ITV program (November 22).
Richard and the Strictly legend met Louise Minchin (BBC Breakfast) and Matty Lee (Olympic diver) for a chance of winning a special treat at their camp.

Celebrities were given a fuse and flame attached to a locked box containing a cake as part of the Don’t Blow It Challenge.
They had to answer several questions about their fellow contestants.
Richard and Arlene correctly answered the most questions. They won the trial and took home a slice for their campmates.

The broadcaster was salivating over the cake while he ate it back in his Clink and waxed poetically about the prize.
He stated: “My taste buds were joining in a harmonious chorus of joy. Better than any cake I’ve ever eaten in my life.”
However, fans following the show on Twitter thought the overwhelming reactions didn’t bode well for the rest of their time on the show since they were only on their second day.

One user stated: “It’s quite bad that they’ve not even been in a week yet and they are acting like that about cake.”
A second: “It’s been two days and they’re acting like they’ve never eaten cake before.”
Another said: “The celebs were eating the cake like they’d never had one in their life.”
A fourth tweet: “24 hours of being sat outside in wales and the celebs act as if they haven’t seen a cake for months.”
