Jane’s Future: Vanessa Lachey promises fans they won’t be disappointed (Exclusive).

NCIS: Hawai’i Stands out from the rest NCIS The show is unique for many reasons, including its tropical setting and its characters. Jane Tennant, Vanessa Lachey’s first female Special Agent In Charge of NCIS at Pearl Harbor, is at the heart of it all. Jane is also the first woman to lead an NCIS team in the franchise, and Lachey assured fans “won’t be disappointed”When the show will return for Season 2 in September.

Lachey had “big shoes to fill”The star of the show NCIS Show, she just told PopCulture.comExclusive interview. She was not proud to be the franchise’s first female lead. “I found the strength in the fact that I can command attention and respect and the honor of not only the Navy and my coworkers but of my family. So I really try to marry the two, love of country, love of family,”Lachey spoke of Jane. “When I got the job, my favorite thing to think about was that she can be a badass with a warm heart.”

Jane approaches situations differently than other NCIS leads. “You don’t always have to come in hot,”Jane’s strategy was described by Lachey. “You can massage the situation and assess what’s going on. And how would you handle it as a mother and as a woman? And then get it done.”

Jane and Capt. It was obvious that Joe Milius (Enver Gjokaj), had chemistry with Jane. The finale showed that if they wanted to continue their romantic relationship, it would need to be long-distance, as Joe was sent back to Washington. When asked about Joe’s future, Lachey offered a diplomatic response.

“I’m going to have to leave you hanging on that one. I will say we started filming season two and there are some sparks and it may or may not be Milius,”Lachey stated. “But you won’t be disappointed. That I can promise.”

Each NCIS Cast members are also part of a larger family that is present on- and off-camera. There are many stories to be told in the different places. Los Angeles, Washington and Hawaii are all different so you can’t tell the exact same story. “Everyone’s so different and unique and offers such different storylines,”Lachey said.

Hawaii’s stories are often quite different because it is so far away from the mainland. “We do have the luxury of the island of Hawaii and the islands of Hawaii, specifically of Oahu and Pearl,”Lachey stated. “The military there has been so gracious to us and the people there on the island have been so welcoming and kind to us, but I think there’s definitely a mutual respect. We are kind as well and respectful back.”Lachey noted that while the show has Hawaii as another character, it also benefits from its setting. However, he added that the show continues to be populated by the two remaining characters. NCIS Each show is unique.

NCIS: Hawai’iCBS will air the return on Monday, September 10, at 10 p.m. ET. Lachey is also spreading the word about Dairy Queen’s July 28th event, DQ Miracle Treat Day. Dairy Queen will donate $1 each time a customer buys Blizzard treats.
