Josie Gibson, who became famous on Big Brother 2010, has revealed that a relative suggested that she apply for a job with Lidl.
Josie Gibson is a fan favorite on This Morning because of her bubbly personality, hilarious TV mistakes, and cheerful personality.
The Big Brother winner, 36-year-old, admitted that her family was not always sure that she would have a successful career in television.
The Bristolian revealed that her grandma had suggested she submit her CV to Lidl, a supermarket chain, in order to secure a job at the checkout.
“It was only a few years ago that my nan suggested I apply for a job at Lidl because they are good payers,” she told Silver Screen Beat.
Josie went on to admit that she often struggles to come to terms with her career path and being on one of the biggest daytime TV shows – and believes a higher power ‘has her back’.
“I think something has always had my back, I don’t know what it is. I suppose I’m quite religious.
“Then again, you don’t know what’s around the corner — it could be here today and gone tomorrow, so you’ve got to enjoy it.”
