Some iconic names have appeared in Milner’s dream XI following a stellar career which has taken in appearances for the likes of Manchester City, Leeds United and England – but there was no room in the side for Salh.

The 2024 line-up

Liverpool’s young star Jurgen Klopp is creating a dynamic side.

Some of the club’s young stars were displayed during Sunday’s Carabao Cup final against Chelsea. The likes of Ibrahima Conate, Harvey Elliott, and Diogo Jota executed their spot-kicks flawlessly during the shootout.

It’s clear the club is building on the future with so many young stars coming through the ranks – and their potential line-up in 2024 is nothing short of frightening.

Salah’s snub

James Milner has resigned from Liverpool teammate Mohamed Salah. He is now one of the most talented players he has ever played with.

Milner’s Premier League career began in 2002, when he was able to break through the Leeds United academy. He then played for Liverpool, Manchester City, Aston Villa and Liverpool.

He’s had an incredible career and has played with some the greatest players in the league.

The midfielder, who is now looking back at his career, has named his dream XI, which includes his past and current teammates. But, there was no place in his team for Liverpool’s superstar Mohamed Salah.

Elliott’s ‘mistake’

Jurgen Klopp said that Harvey Elliott, a young forward, made a mistake in picking up a flare after Sunday’s Carabao Cup victory for Liverpool.

The FA contacted the 18-year old player after he was photographed holding a flare as he celebrated his club’s first domestic cup victory in a decade.

Klopp, Reds boss has defended Elliott. He said that Elliott had been a juvenile. “got carried away”.
