Ten Hag has a Rangnick plan

Erik ten Hag is reported to be available to move from Ajax, Netherlands to Manchester United this summer.

Ralf Rangnick is unlikely to be given the full-time job as the Red Devils’ boss after the season ends.

Ten Hag, however, would be willing to give Rangnick a position in his coaching staff because he believes Rangnick could benefit from the experience that the German can bring to the dugout.

Mauricio Puchettino is also believed to be in the frame. However, his status may have been damaged following the defeat of Real Madrid by Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League. He lost a 2-0 aggregate lead and was beaten 3-2 over two legs.
