Martyn Ford, Strongman Martyn Ford, has made a promise to end his rivalry “useless” rival Iranian Hulk.

In a London strongman boxing match on April 2, Sajad Gharibi, a bitter rival of the British star, will take on his British opponent.

Ford and Gharibi plan to fight for years. They exchange back-and-forth via social media and the pair are set to meet in a ring.

Ford made it clear that he would make his opponent pay for what he said, despite tensions already high. There are still eight weeks until the fight. “bring to the table”In the fight.

I just want him to take his head out.” Ford told Mirror Fighting . “It won’t give me any sense of achievement or pride to win, because I genuinely don’t think he will bring anything to the table that will allow me to be proud of myself.

“You can’t feel good about beating someone up that is useless. For me this is about settling some nonsense that has gone backwards and forwards for two or three years.

“His camp and his fans have said a lot about him, and I’m now ready to fight. While I do not take trolling seriously, there are times when he does things that are both disgusting and rude. If you want to step in to the ring, I’ll step up and I have never been afraid of confrontation.

“This is not a sporting event, you can’t have an event with someone who looks like that. That’s not a sportsman at all. This fight is solely for me to close him and his 200,000 supporters. Once the fight is over, I can move on.”

Ford has planned to meet with Gharibi since 2018 when he signed for Polish MMA promotion KSW who explored the possibility of an event being staged in the cage.

However a meeting has now materialised in the boxing ring despite neither man holding experience in the boxing ring.
