Mary Mara, Actress, Dies at 61 after Suffering from a Heart Attack in New York River

According to a New York State Police release, Mara was reported as having drowned while swimming in St. Lawrence River on June 26. The release stated that Mara’s body was free from signs of foul play.

The cause of death is still not known, as the Jefferson County Medical Examiner’s Office continues to investigate.
