Megan Fox and Brian Austin Greene are officially divorced. TMZReports the former Beverly Hills, 90210Star, and the former TransformersStar have settled for their divorce. Only one thing remains to have a judge sign off. That can happen right now. They were married for ten years.
Fox and Greene share joint physical and legal custody of their three sons. The custody agreement was reached almost immediately after the couple split. Fox and Greene had no prenuptial agreement. California law states that any property acquired during their marriage must be split 50/50.
Fox and Greene have had a long and complicated relationship. They got engaged in 2006. The engagement was ended in 2009. Greene and Fox got back together in 2010. Soon after their second engagement, they married in an intimate ceremony on a beach. Fox filed for divorce in 2015 but withdrew her papers in 2019. After becoming pregnant again, Fox had to file for divorce again in 2015. In November 2020, Fox filed for divorce a second time.
They moved quickly. Fox has been playing around, expressing her love for Machine Gun Kelly, and frolicking about. Greene is currently dating Dancing with the Stars phenom Sharna Burgess.
It’s not known if either spouse was granted spousal and child support. Fox will also abjure her marital title and legally rebrand herself as Megan Fox. Both Fox and Greene had the best divorce representatives in town. Laura Wasser and Greene represented Fox by Scott Klopert.
