Mike Myers may finally do a fourth Austin Powers movie – more than three years after he said the film was “looking good”.
This Hollywood actor did a “non-confirmed confirmation”He will reprise his role as the Swinging Sixties Secret Agent, as well as Dr Evil’s nemesis and Fat Bastard’s Scots henchman.
The 58-year old teased: “I can neither confirm nor deny the existence or non-existence of such a project, should it exist or not exist.”
Myers, who also wrote, produced, and directed the Austin Powers Trilogy, stated in November 2018 that fans were “gonna see Dr Evil soon”.
His explanation was that the last in-series release came 20 years ago. “I’ve had three kids under the age of seven and the films take a long time to write.”

The character was created to honour his dad, a Liverpudlian who died, aged 59, in 1991 from an Alzheimer’s related illness.
Myers said: “Powers was a tribute to my father, who introduced me to James Bond, Peter Sellers, The Beatles, plus Peter Cook and Dudley Moore.
“I was devastated by his death. But to turn it into something that makes people happy is unbelievably satisfying.”
