Netflix’s popular show is loved by fans “Stranger Things”For a short time, they will be able to purchase themed merchandise at pop-up shops in New York City and Los Angeles.
“This is the first official ‘Stranger Things’ store,”Philipp Edelmann, Experiences Manager at Netflix, stated.
These stores also feature familiar scenes from the show.
“So, we have Joyce’s living room. We have the Starcourt Mall. We have a Russian lab with a working ‘rift’ engine, Edelmann explains. “Hawkins and rats are in a locker. We also have the Palace Arcade, which you can use to play the classic games featured on the show.”
And here’s the literal twist: the store even turns upside down every 20 minutes.
The stores opened on “November 6, Stranger Things day. That’s when Will Byers vanished in 1983. This was the start of the story.
Was there a season four premiere? Netflix will drop that premiere next summer.
