Perrie Edwards plans to reinvent herself as a lifestyle expert after the Little Mix split.
The pop star at 28 is set to launch her lifestyle brand that rivals Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop in the next few days.
Silver Screen Beats Reports claim that Perrie spent more than two years working in secret on Disora, a luxury brand. He is expected to sell jewellery and clothing as well as cosmetics.
According to reports, the singer has decided to stop performing music as she filed a trademark application that covers a wide range of products.
An insider explained the following to the publication: “Music is Perrie’s first love and by no means has she ruled out doing solo songs in the future.
“But she is keen to do other things too and knows there is a huge market for women in their twenties and thirties who want a little bit of luxury in their lives.”
“Perrie came up with the idea a few years ago and spent a lot of time working on it during her downtime from Little Mix in lockdown. She is launching it in the coming day.
“It will be the first big project she has undertaken since having her son Axel in August.”
It will compete against Goop and Wylde Moon by Holly Willoughby.
The news comes just days after it was reported that Little Mix would announce their split. Perrie and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, both 30, and Jade Thirlwall are now preparing for solo careers.
According to a source, Saturday was: “There has been a lot of speculation about the future of Little Mix, but it is now evident that the end of the road has been reached.
“A date is set to announce the split. The upcoming tour is going to be a farewell to their fans.”
The group is expected to announce the sad news to their fans in the next month. Their upcoming The Confetti Tour will be their last song.
