Riot Lab has created a handy acronym to help people quit smoking.

  • ‘R’ = Rip up the rulebook

Be fearless and forget everything you’ve ever heard about quitting smoking. You can go at your own pace, on your terms.

  • Identify your triggers by using ‘I”

What is it that makes you want to light a cigarette. Take control of your triggers and be brave. You can overcome any triggers if you are able to do so without smoking.

  • ‘O’ – Only smoke if you absolutely have to
Your cigarette intake should be reduced and you should use your Riot Bar whenever possible. Without realising, your cigarette intake will reduce to next to nothing – or, even better, stop completely.

  • The rest is simple with ‘T’
You’ll be able to quit smoking once you have overcome your triggers and cut down on your cigarette consumption. You’re not done yet, but it’s over. You deserve to celebrate, pamper yourself, do something new, or try something that you have never done before.

Riot Lab will give you 30% off your Riot Bar purchase to celebrate your participation at the best festival in world. You can use code GLASTO at their website. Here.

**You must be 18 or over to use their website. e-cigarettes contain nicotine.**
