Ryan Long’s winning streak ends, fans sound off

The most recent long-running Jeopardy!Ryan Long, the champion, saw his winning streak end Monday night during the game. Long ended with 16 wins and $299,000. Eric Ahasic, Minneapolis meteorologist Beat Long Monday and started his own winning streak since Ahasic Also, Tuesday night was a winner. Long’s streak was celebrated by Twitter users.

Long will be back on Jeopardy! soon. He will be competing against Matt Amodio and Amy Schneider in the Tournament of Champions this fall. Long is the number nine slot on Jeopardy!List of Legends Consecutive Games Won list.

Before Jeopardy!Long lived paycheck to paycheck in Philadelphia to provide for his family and son. Long worked as an Uber and Lyft driver and needed money to buy a plane ticket to California. In the beginning of his streak, he was constantly squinting from having forgotten to take off his glasses. He is also unique among others. Jeopardy! Champions, as he said to the Philadelphia Inquirer He didn’t have any sophisticated strategies. “I just kind of went in and did my thing,”He stated.

After Monday’s episode aired, Twitter took a long time to become popular. to share an inspiring message. “So many feelings…I’m going to try and keep this short, but I’ll probably fail. I want to thank everybody who watched and supported me. I want to thank all my fellow contestants who were, to a person, exemplary human beings,”Long wrote. “I want to thank my momma and everybody who put me in the position to do this. I owe them everything.”

Fans eagerly await Ryan’s return for the Tournament of Champions

Long continued to emphasize the importance of his work. Jeopardy! His success is his motivation to help others break free from the boxes society places them in. “I feel like this thing that just happened is proof that you can. Trust yourself, hold on to your dreams, you know who you really are,”Long wrote. “Take your shot, and don’t let anybody tell you you can’t do this or that, or you should be doing things a certain way. As my grandmom would’ve said, never let ANYBODY steal your shine. Much love to everybody. See you in the fall.”
