This letter was the result of a social media romance between Cardi and Penn Badgley.
Cardi is such an avid fan of Penn’s show and Penn’s, that she You pitched your ideaFor season four.
“So it’s episode 1 and I’m at Paris Fashion week shutting it down! I turn around and there stands YOU. Ok finish it off @netflix,”She tweeted.
