Acetaminophen is an over-the-counter drug that contains acetaminophen. It is a regulated substance and must be packed in a child-resistant container under the FDA. Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The medication is not safe for children to swallow. You should immediately store the products away from children. Walgreens stores can return the product for a full refund. There have not been any injuries related to the recall.

The Walgreens brand is featured on the label of the white bottles that contain the pain reliever. The label advertises: “easy open”Package for adults and notes that the medication is an “extra strength” “fever reducer.”According to the announcement published, the recall applies to bottles with the UPC Number 311917218090, and Lot numbers P2100671 P2100747 P2100747 P2100747, and P2100859 (with expiration dates November 2022 and January 2023 respectively).d on U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s website.

Aurohealth’s other over-the counter medication is also being recalled for not complying with child-resistant packaging requirements. The company also Kroger brand Arthritis Pain Acetaminophen was recalledFor the same reason, there were 225-count bottles. This recall affects packages with UPC numbers 04126001284 or lot numbers P2100890 and P2100992 (with expiration on August 2023), P2100992, and P2100992 (with an expiration date of April 2023), respectively. Between December 2021 and March 20,22, the product was sold in Kroger and other Kroger stores. Kroger stores can be returned to the consumer for a full refund.
