He said that he still feels like he’s in show business, but he’s not done with it yet. He explained that he has been involved in the show business for many years. “enjoying being a man of leisure.”Bergeron has been busy ever since. DWTS days.

According to the publication, he was involved in several charitable activities. “the odd project here and there.”Bergeron isn’t ready to host a show on a regular basis, however, because he doesn’t feel comfortable hosting. He loves his job at the moment. “the idea of not having to be beholden to a regular show on a weekly basis.”He joked also. “I didn’t realize how much sloth I was capable of.”

Bergeron was the host DWTSSince the premiere, he announced that he would be leaving the show in 2020. While revealing the news, he wrote a humorous quip for his fans. “Just informed [Dancing With The Stars] will be continuing without me. It’s been an incredible 15-year run and the most unexpected gift of my career. I’m grateful for that and for the lifelong friendships made. That said, now what am I supposed to do with all of these glitter masks?”Later, it was announced that Erin Andrews, his co-host, had also been fired. Tyra Banks replaced them. 

Bergeron has spoken out about the situation a few times since his firing. He explained the situation on Bob Saget’s podcast in October 2021. “the show that I left was not the show that I loved.” He continued, “There were personnel changes behind the scenes. And those people and I did not see eye to eye about how best to present the show, particularly when we were at a point where it was on only once a year.”
