An obsessive cleaner has surprised her fans with an unusual cleaning hack that makes use of a staple in our kitchens, which many of us use in stews or pies.
Gemma Bray (known as the Organised Mom) revealed a clever method to open OXO cubes. This ensures that they dissolve evenly in your food without creating a mess.
A quick hack she posted won some of her fans.
Gemma wrote this on Instagram for her 220,000 followers: “Did you know?
“This first hit a few years back but I like to bring it back out every now and again (just in case people missed it the first time!)”

Gemma was holding a beef OXO cube. She then unfolded the foil cube sides, taking care not to tear the packaging.
Next, she pulled on the foil to make the square tented. Finally, she gently pressed the cube inside the packet to break it into powder.
This left behind a foil pouch that is filled with already-ground stock.
Tearing the edge of the packet she showed her followers that it easily poured out ready to be added to dishes like shepherd’s pie, pasta or hot pot.
In the comments, Gemma’s followers were gobsmacked, reports The Express
