Mike Richards was fired. Jeopardy!He was disgracefully replaced by Bialik, and Jennings. They hosted 110 games each and shared their love with some fans. Toxicity tribalism quickly took root, the internet being what it is. Fans of Jennings resented one minor detail in the show’s opening.

Every episode Jeopardy!It all begins with Johnny Gilbert’s iconically saying “This is Jeopardy!”He introduces both the host and the contestants. He would have different intros depending who was hosting. Bialik was given the Alex Trebek treatment. “And now here is the host of Jeopardy!, Mayim Bialik.”
Jennings received a slightly different introduction. “And now hosting Jeopardy!, Ken Jennings.”He was simply HostingNot The host. This implied a hierarchy behind the lectern: Jennings was just keeping Bialik’s seat warm while she filmed Call me Kat.

Reports are being leaked from those present as tapings continue. You are invited to attend a Jeopardy! taping is not easy, but there’s also no NDA—which means fans are free to discuss what happens there. It’s poor form to reveal winners and losers, but one can reveal the little details.

Jennings was first introduced in “the host of Jeopardy!.” He’s finally a permanent part of the show. Why it has not been this way since Trebek’s passing is anyone’s guest. Jennings sabotaged his first line, so the audience member added that he had to redo it.

The music and set are the exact same, nor have the graphics been changed—at least not yet. Jennings is still preparing for tapings. It was his first hosting experience in front of an audience. He welcomed the audience at the beginning of the break. Trebek would often joke with the audience and answer questions. We will see if Jennings, Bialik are able to get comfortable enough to do so.
