90 Day FiancéAfter being reported missing last Wednesday, star Paul Staehle has returned to Kentucky with his 3-year-old son Pierre. The Before the 90 Days star told TMZHe returned to Louisville on Saturday with his son and ex-wife Karine Martins. He surrendered him to his parents at the park because he didn’t want to deal directly with Child Protective Services.
Staehle claimed that he needed to take more time to understand the legal situation in which he is involved with Martins and Pierre as well as their younger son, 1-year old Ethan. Staehle initially denied kidnapping Pierre, saying that he was on a long-term work trip with Pierre since early June. The boy had come along due to separation anxiety. While the TLC alum was away, Ethan was taken from Staehle.
According to reports, Staehle’s parents reached out to CPS officials following Pierre’s return on Saturday. They picked up the boy from a foster home to reunite him and his brother. After video footage of the alleged abuse between them surfaced, Staehle as well as Martins were both stripped of custody of their children. Staehle’s parents have now applied for full custody of both their children and plan on taking their case to family courts.
Since their first appearance on The CW’s Season 1, Staehle has split from Martins and they have reconciled several times. 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 DaysTying the knot in 2017. He claimed that he had sexually assaulted his wife and that she was a victim of that. “not allowed to leave the house.”
“I am terrified he will hurt me or hurt my son because I runned [sic] away from him and I am even afraid to go back to Brazil now because he can go to Brazil and hurt us. [I do] not want any contact with him,”She claimed that she was the one who made the claim. Staehle denied these allegations.
