Poppy O’Toole, a Michelin-trained cook, showed her skills by making the tasty snack. She started with a chili con carne.

The chili – fried onion, minced beef, tomatoes, spices – is taken up a notch with a tin of Branston baked beans that Poppy pours into the pan.

Then, she cooks the tortilla in a skillet and then adds the grated cheese.

To make a triangle, fold the tortilla in half and fry it until golden.
