Tufts University Athlete Dies at 20 After Choking in Hot Dog Eating Contest.


The college sports world has lost a young star.

Tufts University Lacrosse player Madie Nicpon. On Sunday, October 17, she died unexpectedly. She was only 20 years old. Nicpon was 20 years of age and attended a charity fundraising event at an off-campus, private rental property in Somerville, Mass. On October 16, the accident took place.
